Here are the premium opaque quartz dish inserts. These have amazing polish for easy cleaning and the flavor is fantastic. They have a little more thermal mass than the smaller quartz so they like a temperature 1 color higher, but once they get hot, they stay hot for a while and that second hit is thick regardless of temp.
